Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log into your Pharmazone account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring that all designer tags, hygiene seals, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our dedicated courier partner in Kuwait will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
