Oral tablets designed for the rapid relief of acute migraine attacks. The tablet dissolves quickly on the tongue, ensuring fast absorption and effective relief. It works by selectively stimulating serotonin 5-HT₁B/₁D receptors, leading to constriction of intracranial blood vessels and inhibition of inflammatory neuropeptide release, which helps relieve migraine pain and associated symptoms.
Indications:
- Used for the treatment of acute migraine attacks, with or without aura.
- Not intended for the prevention of migraine headaches or the management of hemiplegic or basilar migraine.
Main Active Ingredients:
- Rizatriptan 5 mg.
Precautions:
- Use only after confirming the diagnosis of migraine.
- Avoid use in patients with uncontrolled hypertension, ischemic heart disease, or cerebrovascular disorders.
- Not recommended for patients with severe hepatic or renal impairment.
- Should not be used within 24 hours of taking another triptan or ergotamine-containing medication.
- Use caution when driving or operating machinery due to possible drowsiness or dizziness.
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.

- Avoid concurrent use with other triptans such as Sumatriptan or Zolmitriptan, or with ergotamine-containing medications such as Ergotamine or Dihydroergotamine.
- May interact with Propranolol, requiring dose adjustment of Rizatriptan.
