A fertility medication containing a combination of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH), used to stimulate the development of multiple ovarian follicles in women undergoing in-vitro fertilization (IVF).
Indications:
- Patients with oligoanovulation.
- As part of an assisted reproductive technology cycle.
Main Active Ingredient:
- Menotropin 75 IU.
Precautions:
- Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to menotropin or any excipient.
- Not recommended in women with primary ovarian failure, abnormal vaginal bleeding, uncontrolled thyroid or adrenal disorders, ovarian cysts, breast cancer, uterine or ovarian cancer, pituitary or hypothalamic tumors, or infertility not caused by ovulation failure.
- Use with caution under close medical supervision due to risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS).
- Regular monitoring with blood tests and pelvic exams is required.
- Male partner fertility assessment is recommended before treatment.

- Headache.
- Pain, swelling, or warmth at the injection site.
