A medication used to support microcirculation and improve blood flow. It works by helping regulate capillary wall function, increasing erythrocyte flexibility, and reducing platelet hyperaggregation.
Indications:
- Microangiopathies.
- Diabetic retinopathy.
- Chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs (pain, cramps, paresthesia, edema, stasis dermatosis).
- Thrombophlebitis.
- Haemorrhoidal syndrome.
Main Active Ingredients:
- Calcium Dobesilate
Precautions:
- Hypersensitivity to calcium dobesilate.
- Dosage should be reduced in severe renal insufficiency requiring dialysis.
- Monitor for signs of infection; discontinue treatment and inform the physician if infection occurs.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless the potential benefit justifies the risk.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
- Store below 30°C in the original packaging.

- Rare gastrointestinal disorders: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting.
- Rare skin and subcutaneous disorders: pruritus, rash.
