An oral anticoagulant medicine to reduce the risk of harmful blood clot formation. It works by helping maintain normal blood flow and reducing clot-related complications.
Indications:
- Prevention of stroke in adults with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
- Treatment of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
- Prevention of recurrent deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism after initial treatment.
Main Active Ingredient:
- Rivaroxaban.
Precautions:
- Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to rivaroxaban or any of the excipients.
- Use with caution in patients with renal impairment, hepatic disease, or increased risk of bleeding.
- Consult a physician before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Keep out of reach of children.
Side Effects:
- Bleeding events such as gastrointestinal or nasal bleeding.
- Anemia, dizziness, or headache.
- Gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea or abdominal pain.
Drug–Drug Interactions:
