Indications:
- Management of Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus.
- Management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus when insulin is required.
- Control of postprandial hyperglycemia.
- Maintenance of basal insulin needs.
- Patients requiring insulin therapy with simplified dosing compared to separate injections.

Main Active Ingredients:
- Insulin Lispro (25%).
- Insulin Lispro Protamine Suspension (75%).

Precautions:
- For subcutaneous injection only; do not administer intravenously.
- Rotate injection sites to prevent lipodystrophy or skin thickening.
